A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its regional branch network as part of a strong and business-aligned HR model. This role plays a key part in driving people-related initiatives across the assigned region and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, employee experience, and regulatory requirements.
The HRBP will act as the primary HR point of contact for branch leadership, supporting core HR processes across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner to branch managers and regional leadership
Conduct regular branch visits and employee meetings across the region
Manage core HR processes including transfers, promotions, rotations, and workforce planning
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and exit processes in coordination with HR Operations teams
Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and banking regulations
Support organizational change and people-related initiatives at branch level
Advise managers on performance management and employee relations topics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the banking sector
Candidates from other finance-focused sectors may be considered
Strong understanding of branch-based HR processes
Fluent in Turkish and English
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and team-oriented approach
No restrictions on travel within the assigned region
