Who We Are

Talentra is an integrated HR consultancy delivering talent acquisition and organizational solutions across 10+ countries. Over 13 years, and drawing on our expert consultants' combined decades of experience, we have completed 6,000+ placements and dozens of consulting projects for about 1,000 clients, from scaling startups to global enterprises.

We operate as a lean central team supported by 30+ senior consultants. Our technology-enabled infrastructure allows us to work efficiently across borders while maintaining the personal touch that complex HR challenges require.

What you do:

• Deliver consulting projects in your area of expertise

• Bring your methodology, frameworks, and experience to client challenges

• Work independently or collaborate with other network experts on larger engagements

• Choose projects that fit your availability and interests

What we do:

• Source and qualify client opportunities

• Handle proposals, contracts, and invoicing

• Provide project coordination and quality assurance

• Ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery

• Connect you with complementary experts when projects require it

Who Should Apply

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in consulting or advisory roles

• Demonstrated project portfolio with measurable client outcomes

• Relevant certifications in your practice area (e.g., CCP for Total Rewards, certified assessor credentials, ICF coaching credentials, or equivalent)

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution

• Fluent English; additional languages valued

• Independent delivery capability: You manage client relationships and workstreams without close supervision
