Our client is a well-established retail AI company, operating internationally and delivering production-grade AI solutions for leading retailers across multiple markets. With a strong global footprint and recognition from industry analysts, the company continues to scale its teams and capabilities across its key hubs.
Headquartered in Istanbul with operations in New York and London.
They are now looking for an "Account Executive" responsible for Central Europe to join their growing team.
What You Will Do
● Sell the company's vision for B2B marketing to target accounts.
● Develop territory plan for your target accounts.
● Learn and execute challenger sales approach.
● Generate pipeline in your territory.
● Win enterprise target accounts within your defined territory.
● Mentor/train your Sales Development Rep.
● Work closely with the CRO, Marketing, SDRs, Product and Global Team.
● Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
● Negotiate subscription annual contracts with enterprise accounts.
● Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in Hubspot.
What We Are Looking For Qualifications
● 7+ years in consultancy with leadership roles.
● 5+ years in Retail/Planning/Merchandising project or business experience required.
● BS/MS in industrial engineering or related.
● Expertise in project management, team leadership, and client collaboration.
● Experience in SQL, R or Python, is a plus.
Performance Metrics
● 6 months: Understand company standards, products, and client needs. Start guiding the team independently, offering technical direction.
● 12 months: Lead all project deliveries, establish staff excellence programs, and foster innovation.
● Excellent written and communication skills in English and German.
