We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in smart intercom and smart home solutions, serving residential, commercial, healthcare, and senior living projects in more than 130 countries worldwide. Recognized for its innovative technology, award-winning product designs, and strong market presence, the company continues to expand its footprint across international markets.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven "Egypt Country Manager" to lead the company’s growth strategy in Egypt. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong channel management expertise, international trade knowledge, and a proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships while driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to achieve regional revenue targets.

  • Manage and expand existing channel partnerships across Egypt.

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new distributors, partners, and sales channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive market development initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide regular market intelligence and business insights to regional management.

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market position in Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Proven experience in international sales, channel sales, business development, or related commercial roles.

  • Strong understanding of international trade processes, foreign trade operations, and related documentation.

  • Fluency in both Egyptian Arabic and Chinese is required.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively execute business plans.

  • Good knowledge of international market regulations, business practices, and trade procedures.

  • Previous sales experience in Egypt and/or the Middle East region is highly preferred.

  • Experience in smart home, access control, security systems, building technologies, or related industries is an advantage.

  • Existing customer and channel network within Egypt is a strong asset.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
