Over 13 years, and drawing on our expert consultants' combined decades of experience, we have completed 6,000+ placements and dozens of consulting projects for about 1,000 clients, from scaling startups to global enterprises.
We operate as a lean central team supported by 30+ senior consultants. Our technology-enabled infrastructure allows us to work efficiently across borders while maintaining the personal touch that complex HR challenges require.

The Opportunity
As a Talentra Business Partner, you connect organizations in your network with Talentra's integrated HR solutions. When your introduction becomes a client engagement, you share in that success. This is not employment. This is partnership.
What you do:
Identify organizations that need talent acquisition, organizational design, learning solutions, compensation strategy, or ESG consulting
Make warm introductions to Talentra's central team
Stay involved (or not) as the engagement develops—your choice
What we do:
Handle all proposals, negotiations, and delivery
Provide you with materials, case studies, and credibility assets
Manage client relationships post-introduction
Who We're Looking For
Experienced professionals with 10+ years in HR leadership, consulting, or business development
Connected individuals with genuine relationships among CHROs, Talent Leaders, HR Directors, or C-suite executives
Self-directed operators who deliver results without supervision
Credible communicators who can articulate value in complex, consultative conversations
This role suits senior HR professionals, former consultants, executive coaches, or anyone with established networks in the HR and talent space seeking a flexible collaboration model.
