Who We Are

Talentra is an integrated HR consultancy delivering talent acquisition and organizational solutions across 10+ countries. Over 13 years, and drawing on our expert consultants' combined decades of experience, we have completed 6,000+ placements and dozens of consulting projects for about 1,000 clients, from scaling startups to global enterprises.

We operate as a lean central team supported by 30+ senior consultants. Our technology-enabled infrastructure allows us to work efficiently across borders while maintaining the personal touch that complex HR challenges require.

Work independently or collaborate with other network experts on larger engagements

Handle proposals, contracts, and invoicing
Provide project coordination and quality assurance

Who Should Apply

12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in consulting or advisory roles
Demonstrated project portfolio with measurable client outcomes
Relevant certifications in your practice area (e.g., CCP for Total Rewards, certified assessor credentials, ICF coaching credentials, or equivalent)
Graduate degree from a recognized institution
Fluent English; additional languages valued
Independent delivery capability: You manage client relationships and workstreams without close supervision
