Business Relationship Management Manager

We are looking for a Business Relationship Management Manager  for one of our clients, the IT subsidiary of a leading holding, recognized for its large-scale technology operations, innovation-driven culture, and strategic role in digital transformation. Working Model: Hybrid (1 day remote/weekly)  

Location: İzmir 

Qualifications:

•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

•        Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in SAP applications

•        Preferably experience in similar roles within manufacturing companies

•        Proven experience in corporate information systems, project management, contract and budget processes

•        Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and effective communication skills

•        Good command of English

Key Responsibilities:

•        Manage and develop the corporate information systems infrastructure, primarily SAP

•        Analyze and adapt system requirements by understanding manufacturing-specific business processes

•        Gather functional requirements for IT projects and collaborate with business process owners

•        Coordinate with SAP solution partners for development, maintenance, and version upgrades

•        Oversee the development and training of key users within the scope of corporate information systems

•        Plan and implement digital transformation projects and promote best practices across the group

•        Manage vendor relations, contracts, and budgeting processes related to information systems
