Purchasing Manager

We are looking for a "Purchasing Manager" for the Türkiye operations of an international group company operating across multiple geographies.

As the role involves managing high-volume and critical budgets, we are looking for a profile capable of leading not only operational procurement processes but also supplier management, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing activities at a senior level. A strong commercial mindset and in-depth experience in high-level negotiation and bargaining management are therefore among the key qualifications we are seeking.

Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Türkiye and open to relocation when required
- Ability to adapt to international corporate environments with a professional and global mindset
- Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and bargaining skills
- Advanced written and verbal English; French is a strong plus
- Experience in process follow-up, coordination, and operational management
- Flexibility regarding working hours and travel
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a procurement team reporting directly to the role
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Results-oriented, accountable, and proactive working approach
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing high-value budgets and critical procurement categories
- Advanced competency in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization
- Experience within international structures or multi-location organizations is a strong advantage
