With extensive references across key sectors such as finance, telecom, retail, energy, and the public sector, it offers comprehensive services, including portal and workflow solutions, customer relations management, document and enterprise content management, service desk, identity management, unified communications, network and security, system management, storage, virtualization, business continuity, data center, and cloud computing.
We are looking for a "Presales Consultant" who will serve as a bridge between the sales team and the customers. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, designing appropriate solutions, managing demo processes, providing technical support to the sales team, and contributing to marketing activities.
The scope of "Personal Systems" in this role covers end-user hardware and related solutions, including laptops, desktops, workstations, thin clients, monitors, peripherals (keyboard, mouse, etc.), mobile working solutions, device management and security software, warranty and support services, and complementary solutions aimed at improving the corporate user experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions along with technical configurations.
· Collaborate with the sales team during project planning, needs analysis, and proposal preparation phases to provide technical support.
· Plan and execute demos, technical presentations, and product introduction processes.
· Conduct competitor and market analysis to actively contribute to sales strategies.
· Follow up, track, and oversee procurement, purchasing, and delivery processes for the sold products/solutions until they reach the customer.
· Manage, track, and report sales opportunities and proposal processes.
· Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers, conduct periodic visits, and identify new business opportunities.
· Evaluate customer complaints and requests swiftly to provide fast, satisfying solutions.
· Coordinate with suppliers regarding technical details, campaigns, and product information updates.
· Keep CRM records precise, accurate, and completely up-to-date.
· Ensure absolute compliance with data protection laws (KVKK) and information security procedures.
Qualifications
· Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically in the field of personal systems.
· Good command of English, both written and verbal.
· Strong knowledge of personal systems, hardware technologies, and product configurations.
