Dynamics 365 Engineer

We are looking for a "Dynamics 365 Engineer"for our client, an international AI development company based in New York, who will take end-to-end ownership of the reporting process, from understanding business needs to building clear and insightful dashboards that support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, integrating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless system performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Lead and support integration projects between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems

Work closely with business stakeholders, especially within the retail domain, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Optimize and maintain system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability

Develop and customize solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and business units

Provide technical guidance and best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)

Solid experience in system integration and engineering

Previous experience in the retail industry (mandatory)

Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture

Fluency in English

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
